Four days old

Custom painted baby portrait, four days old sleeping baby (Floyd). The face is increased 4 times on the canvas. Painted the child for its grandmother, but now be the parents a little bit jealous. The parents and its grandmother congratulate through this blog with the birth of their son and the grandmother (grandparents) with her grandchild.

This is the result/resultaat.

Acrylic on canvas 12x9.5inch (30x24cm).

Status: Sold/Verkocht

Heather, Janelle and Billy's mom, thanks for your kind words. Making portraits is not the easiest work, only very nicely to do. A painting, it is never actual ready. Until the next time, Greetings

I've never seen a painting done of such a tiny baby in such a modern style. Interesting concept - this realism. Better than a photograph.

Great result, you must surely do some more for all the family, perhaps one a year?

Absolutely beautiful. I thought it was a photo for a moment, the painting is so realistic.
